I am Mirudhubashini J, a Counseling Psychologist, NIMHANS-registered psychologist, and Certified Career Analyst with a Post Graduate Diploma in Community Mental Health (PGDCMH) from the prestigious NIMHANS. I am also the founder of Vrinda Counseling & Career Consultant, Coimbatore.

My professional journey began in the world of software engineering, where I gained valuable insights and experience. However, my deep love for children, my fascination with human behavior, and my desire to make a meaningful impact led me to pursue a master’s degree in psychology and further specialize in community mental health.

With over 12 years of diverse experience, I bring a dynamic, results-oriented approach grounded in empathy and care. I’ve worked extensively with children and adolescents, including those with dyslexia and special needs, helping them overcome challenges and discover their potential. My work is deeply rooted in understanding personality traits and how they influence academic and career choices.

As a Certified Career Analyst, I use evidence-based tools and insights to guide students and professionals toward fulfilling career paths. I’ve also conducted numerous workshops for parents, equipping them with effective parenting strategies.
